Beautiful location with excellent amenities! The house is only a five-minute walk from hiking/biking trails and a community center with tennis courts, beach volleyball, a pool, a hot tub, and a playground for the kids! Also, the property itself has a large backyard with a wonderful fenced-in pool area. The property is only two minutes from a school playground that has open fields, basketball courts, and more.
