The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Pull into the driveway from a bustling suburban avenue and the noise of the street fades away as you enter and lay eyes on the tiny house, bordered by the George Perly Bird Sanctuary. You'll be greeted by tall maples, a round veggie garden growing inside of a trampoline enclosure and possibly one, two or maybe three or more deer! The 130 square foot tiny house feels spacious with its high ceiling, skylight, and many windows that welcome in the shifting light of the natural setting.

The Shore Cottage is a cozy one bedroom guest house with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light nestled in quiet Ocean View - just 5 minutes from Sea Isle City beaches and less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Avalon & Stone Harbor. In addition to the beaches, Abbie Homes Estate, local breweries, wineries, and golf courses are within minutes of the Shore Cottage. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer.

Come stay at our beautiful one bedroom guest house that sits on an eight acre lakefront property. This poolside guest house includes a spacious kitchen, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Whether you're local or visiting from out of town, spend your getaway relaxing by Marsh Creek Lake or take advantage of the wide variety of local attractions that Chester County has to offer.
