Vacation rentals with beach access in South Hero

Nancy’s apartment was exactly as described and had an amazing view! We loved the chocolate chip cookies and very comfortable bed. It was close to everything Burlington has to offer and we would highly recommend this place!

We had a short one night stay but everything was great. We had delay after delay at the airport and Joseph reassured us that it was okay to arrive at any time which was so appreciated because I was stressed over our late arrival. The apartment is very cute and nicely renovated. Bed was comfortable. It was a little humid and warm in the morning but I’m not sure if there is an a/c unit as we didn’t even look. I slept very comfortably as did my kid on the futon. Everything was clean and the decor was also unique and interesting. Highly recommend!

Every little detail about this quaint apartment suited us perfectly! We were in a beautiful space that fit my family of 4 very comfortably! After a 6 1/2 hour drive without stopping for food we were beyond excited and thankful to be greeted with a homemade loaf of sourdough bread and a basket full of treats! The space is perfectly appointed and pristine! We were just minutes away from our daughter whom we were visiting at UVM, and minutes from the lake, river and pond for my husband and son fishing enthusiasts! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Comfortable and amazing space!

Jeremy and Hailey were great hosts! The apartment was clean, cute, in a great neighborhood, and perfect for our stay. Plus, the pantry was stocked with general cooking items (coffee, excellent spices, oil, etc.). Most importantly, they were great communicators. Not only were the directions were clear and straightforward, but they replied quickly and kindly when my friends and I ran into a timing issue. 12/10 definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb while visiting Burlington for my sister’s graduation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first moment we reached out to make the booking, the host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The home itself is located in a fantastic area, close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need during your stay. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and celebrating such a special occasion with our family. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We felt right at home and truly appreciated all the small touches that made our stay so enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Burlington, Vermont, I highly recommend staying here. Cheri was an amazing host! She has created a spot that feels both like home and a luxury hotel accommodation. The rental is tucked away from the street, is quiet and private and feels relaxed despite being polished and pristine. Cheri was quick on communication on the Airbnb platform and also popped in to make recommendations and to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed shortly after check-in. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, and we felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with just the right amount - not too much, not too little. The lighting and fixtures in every room are thoughtfully chosen, and there are 2 heat pump/ AC units making the whole space comfortable. If you are going to Burlington, this is a perfect spot, a 10ish minute walk from church street marketplace. There are many restaurants and places to grab a cup of coffee or tea and a bite to close by. Also, a short walk from the water and a couple of parks. We're very happy with our stay!

Where do I start...from before I arrived, up until my departure...Joanne was attentive in every way possible. All my questions were answered with an immediate response. The home was extraordinary. The effort Joanne has put in to making it just like home shows. With an abundance of whimsical touches. Up until the day I left, I would see a new thing. As if the enchanting home wasn't enough, the back patio is a place of serenity...with the sounds and view of the river extraordinary. I could go on and on, but I will just say, "it was the best vacation I have ever had". One word describes this Airbnb...AMAZING!!!🩷. I will return next year! Didn't want to leave!!! 😊 Thank you Joanne for your exemplary hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful property! We visited over the Easter Holiday and opted to stay in and cook instead of going out,just to enjoy the beautiful home over looking Lake Champlain! We attended Mass at St. Ann's in Milton, a very welcoming, beautiful church. The hot tub on the third floor balcony was amazing!! The master bedroom had huge walk in closets to stay organized during our trip. It is peaceful, relaxing home! A nice area to take a walk or ride a bike. This is a very clean, well equipped property. The host was very responsive and friendly! Milton has a very nice locally owned grocery store, Georgia Market, everything you could need was available at this family owned store, it felt great to support the local economy! We will definitely be back! Thank you Errin!

Peter’s place was great. House was exactly as advertised, and right on the lake. Plenty of amenities. Short drive (15 minutes) to downtown Burlington. Peter made sure we had everything we needed, and also provided some great info about surrounding areas, i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Look forward to coming back again!! Dave

My husband and I had an amazing time. The sauna was amazing and we took a lovely canoe ride. As we melted our stress away in your beautiful home.

5 STARS! Very cozy property filled with wonderful amenities. Large spacious bedrooms and great outdoor space and seating area. Beautiful views of Lake Champlain from many spaces in the house. We had a such a wonderful stay, so much so we booked it again for another few days! Tamara was an excellent host. Would love to visit again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!

What an amazing spot! Fantastic view of the bay, 10-15 min drive to downtown, perfect location. Our unit was very clean, updated, had all listed amenities, and felt very comfortable. Easy to access, and had no issues communicating with our host. Burlington is a super cute town, with good food, cool art, great views of Lake Champlain, and beautiful Mountains nearby for winter sports. We got to visit Stowe Mt., took a ride on the Gondola Skyride, and go snowmobiling at Snowmobile Vermont! Less than an hour drive away from this Colchester unit. Highly recommend this place!

Brooke’s place was great! We had a great time. Easy to communicate, very fast response from her. The place was beautiful with nice mountain views. Definitely recommend.

Neil and Deb’s place is perfect for exploring nearby Burlington or just relaxing and enjoying the lake. The view and lake access are unbeatable! Would definitely stay again, and our doggos agree :)

It is a nice get away spot. Thankful for the DVD’s and the coffee pot. We had a nice time walking around and we enjoyed sightseeing in Stowe.
