Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

Really enjoyed staying at this property for my five days in Miami. It was such a beautiful view and exactly what I wanted to experience for my first time. the hosts were great and I will definitely look for them again on my next visit to Miami.

The location was beautiful. I adored it. It was pristine, clean, and very modern and sleek appliances. I even booked an extra day because I loved the location and B&B that much lol! They were VERY responsive and made sure I had everything set!

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The suite was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect. The resort has everything you can imagine so if you didn’t want to leave, you really don’t have to. Just up the street from South Beach and a quick ride to Wynnwood and Brickell. Will definitely be back!

Ernesto was the perfect host. Very friendly and attentive! The home was perfect size for my husband and I. We wanted a weekend of rest and relaxation sprinkled with a little entertainment and we got just that. Walking distance to great restaurants and not too far from south beach.

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

The perfect location! Espanola way to the right, Lincoln Road to the left, and Ocean drive and the beach two blocks in front. Plenty to see in the area and we felt very safe at night. Lots of bus stations near by so you can walk or take public transportation! Convenient parking deck around the corner for $20 a day, which is cheaaapppp in Miami. The airbnb itself felt very secure, as the main door to the building AND each unit have a keypad entry. The AC worked great and the kitchen & closet spaces were a huge win! This place had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. I will say, it is the perfect size for a solo trip or a couple trip, but anymore than 2 people would be tight. This is the perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about all day and want a cool, safe, nearby place to stay at night. We loved it! Romain provided local recommendations and was always easy to reach. Check in and check out were super easy. No complaints!! Book this place and enjoy Miami!

Amazing experience in Miami Beach. My favorite part was spending time on the balcony at night. It was lovely being on the corner spot so we can get all the views. Valet service was very helpful to have. We did have some issues figuring out where it was located since it’s a bit hidden in the back next to some storefronts. Our door was also a bit hard to close securely so be wary of that. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach close by. Would definitely come again.

I enjoyed my stay here

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominque’s place! I was looking for a quick getaway and this was exactly what I needed! I loved the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach area. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to get in/out when the weather was less than sunny some days. All of the essentials in the house were great, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to go back for my next getaway!

I had an amazing stay at the Fontainebleau Miami in a unit hosted by Eytan & Ygal, the Benichay Brothers. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the stunning view; waking up to the ocean right outside the window was unforgettable. The location within the Fontainebleau hotel couldn’t have been better—great amenities, a beautiful pool, and quick access to everything Miami Beach has to offer. Eytan & Ygal were fantastic hosts—professional, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I highly recommend booking with them and would absolutely stay here again!

Cedrine was an outstanding host! From the moment I arrived, she was responsive, and helpful. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive she were throughout my stay. It made a big difference and truly enhanced the whole experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

Jennifer was very responsive, timely responses, very polite and has a very nice place, anytime I come to Miami I would recommend this place. It’s right in the middle of everything, so a lot of things are walkable distance.

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!
