Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2 with a facade facing south very protected. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon at 7 kms, the sea (beach of Cabourg, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen is quickly accessible as well as Falaise at 30 min too. The calm is appreciable!
