It is independent of the house and opens onto a large garden where you can rest and have lunch while listening to the sound of the fountain and stream. You can take walks in the vineyard and in the forest. Epernay and its famous Champagne cellars are a 15-min drive away, Reims is 40 min away and Paris is 1 hour away by train.

AU P'TIT ARTISAN, renovated house with enclosed garden, located in a small village 10 minutes from the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 25 minutes from Épernay or Châlons-en-Champagne and 45 minutes from Reims. We welcome you to our little corner of the Marennais countryside to discover our land, our fields and our vines. The house has 3 bedrooms for 8 beds max. Private garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Large garden and a small common wood to share with us.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Bubble 8 is an exceptional 19th century house, entirely renovated in 2017, with 4 flats all fully equipped. The VERTIGO flat is of high standing, for family or friends, with 2 parental suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with leather sofa bed, a separate toilet and a private terrace.

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, outdoor hot tub and private pool (under video protection) will rejuvenate you in a soothing setting (hot tub and pool from May 15th, weather permitting). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.

In a beautiful 19th century building completely renovated, 5 comfortable bedrooms await you as well as a Nordic bath on the private terrace. The name of the cottage comes from the emblematic grape variety of our vineyard and the 310 species of birds that can be seen in the Lake Der region.
