Monthly Rentals in Souda beach

We loved our stay here, it was everything we could have wanted and more. Such a warm welcome with an assortment of delicious homemade food, fruit and local Raki. The villa layout was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 kids) and as everyone’s said, the view out over the sea is spectacular- I’d never tire of that view! If we ever needed anything Aris and the team were always on hand to help. The villa is so well equipped too, and even plenty of condiments, which is such a thoughtful touch. The area around Plakias is relatively quiet compared to places in the North, but that suited us well. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in Plakias and being able to have a meal together, right on the seafront is what holidays are made of. We didn’t have a bad meal out - best was probably Taverna Dionyssos, up in the hills behind the town. Highlights for me would be morning coffee on the terrace looking out at that amazing view and snorkelling in the cove just below the villa. Heaven

Everything was excellent. Hospitality of the family, clean studio, beautiful view. If we decide to go again to Plakias, we definitely will chose the same apartment.

our stay in Souda with Rftychia and Theo was memorable. We loved the simplicity of the place in a setting of greenery and peace. We were always in the garden, on the terrace, gazing at the green spaces, flowers and trees that Theo takes good care of. Eftychia was always there for any questions and Theo invited us the old one from her home in Sellia for an aperitif that turned into a meal. The studio space is functional with all the necessary utensils for cooking. We particularly liked the warm welcome they gave us and this unique place with the sea at the bottom of the view.

We were there as a family with the grandparents. All three generations liked it very much. The heated pool is an absolute plus at the end of May and the hot tub right next to it makes the outdoor area perfect. The grounds are spacious, there is plenty of shade and the view is awesome. The sheltered barbecue area is perfect for breakfast and dinner. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the first-class service. Olga was always available, the jammed courtyard gate was repaired within half an hour and two employees come every morning, take the trash, clean the outdoor area and even the grill. There are many very good restaurants and all encounters were positive and friendly, we liked it very much.
