Central, located in the Rouen metropolis, our accommodation is 2 steps from the Zénith de ROUEN, the city center of ROUEN by public transport and offers direct access to the A13 (PARIS-DEAUVILLE axis) . It is independent with garden/terrace access, adjoining and attached to our house, is in a residential area, parking is secure.
