The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

15 minutes from Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, ideally located to go to Flamanville or La Hague. This is a functional and bright accommodation, intended for two people. If you want to be in the countryside but still be able to enjoy downtown Cherbourg, this is the place for you. To eat and organize your stay, shops are close by. In Sideville: Ferme de l'Orimier, Cave, etc..., le Sidevillais. In Martinvast (5-min drive): Leclerc Drive, Rabio, Les Vergers de la Passion.

Marie-Jeanne's Garden

10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sciotot and Siouvile-Hague, this spacious and newly renovated cottage will offer you the tranquility and comfort of a real stone country house from 1850. It has a closed courtyard in front of the house to park your vehicles and a large enclosed garden at the back. Its total area of 140 m² will allow you to enjoy its large bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a real family vacation home equipped and decorated with care.

"La grange" gîte

Old hay barn tastefully restored by its owners in 2023. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The cottage is located upstairs with access from the outside. The 4000 m2 garden is shared with our family. You have access to the garden and its facilities, barbecue, swing, petanque court and mini animal park with chickens, geese, duck and goats. We are 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, Sciotot and Siouville.

" Les Echiums" Gîte de charme 3*

Charming cottage *** "The countryside by the sea" (3.5 km). Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Cosy guest house

Bienvenue dans notre guest house, située au calme, à proximité des plages et des activités de plein air. D’une superficie de 35m2, elle convient idéalement pour un couple (avec ou sans enfant) ou un voyageur pro. La guest house est composée d’une salle/salon avec une cuisine ouverte et équipée. Le salon est équipé d’une TV, d’un coin repas et d’un canapé lit pour votre confort. Le coin nuit est situé à l’étage.
