Charming 65 m2 single-storey accommodation in a house divided into two apartments. The house is located in a small atypical village of Touraine with local shops within a 2-minute walk (bar/restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc.) This house with cocooning tones is located 20 minutes from Châtellerault, 10 minutes from Richelieu, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Chinon, 35 minutes from Center Parcs, 35 minutes from the spa town of La Roche-Posay, close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Château Tower in Heart of Loire Valley

This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Accommodation located 5 min drive from Futuroscope Park and Aquascope or 25 min walk, 55 min from Center Parcs "Le Bois aux Daims", 15 min from Poitiers. Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Maison Colombine (4/6 pers cottage)

The "Colombine house" offers a peaceful stay for the whole family in a small country village. Small stone house completely refurbished, close to the forest, close to the Futuroscope, the park of St Cyr... Close to the highway, convenient for a stopover on your way or to visit the castles... You will be completely independent in this place but we will be available to accommodate your requests. The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
