Cozy house in peaceful surroundings. 1 - 6 people

Here you can enjoy yourself with family and friends in peaceful surroundings. Perfect starting point for those who like the outdoors. Several of my long-distance guests have stayed here overnight on their journey to/from Lofoten. From here it takes 40 minutes to drive to Bodø, 40 minutes to Saltstraumen, 5 minutes to R80 and 20 minutes to Fauske/E6. Location: The house is located in Bringsli which is 8.3 km further into the valley from Straumsnes which is the center of Valnesfjord. There is, among other things, a grocery store and bistro.

Cabin with a stunning view and good sun conditions

Great cottage yard in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a variety of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the plot, and with little light pollution in the area there are great chances to see the northern lights in winter. From the parking lot at RV80 there is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small natural terrain.

The holiday home Høgtun at Strøksnes

Enjoy the tranquility of beautiful surroundings at Strøksnes. Over 100 years old small house that is under renovation. Nice view, short distance to the river or the sea for swimming, football pitch, barbecue facilities, nice fishing opportunities, short distance to Bjørklund farm where they sell cinnamon buns, pick-your-own strawberries/raspberries. A small local shop about 3.5 km away, limited opening hours. Fine hiking areas. About 300 m to the ski slope. Driving distance to Hamarøy, Steigen and Rago National Park.

Small cozy apartment in beautiful natural surroundings with its own entrance, bathroom, living room with small kitchen and spacious bedroom! Note 1: In the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of approx. 170 cm. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! Note 2: In this yard lives a family with 5 children, 1 Bengal cat, and 4 free-range hens (including a rooster).

Idyllic Nordland house on a farm in Nordland.

Newly renovated Nordland house on a small farm in Nordland. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet with amazing mountains, chickens in the yard and horses in the field. We have NORTHERN LIGHTS on clear winter nights (from September to March) and normally a lot of snow in winter! The house is centrally located about 1 km from the store/train and bus/dining place, but at the same time there are countless hiking areas both on foot and on skis in the nearby area. Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

Fjord retro: The 1965 house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful spot in a lovely village one hour from Bodø. Amazing views, clean air, pristine water, quiet except for the occasional sheep or seagull. The 1965 rambler has been updated with new beds, modern conveniences and retro style furniture and provides the perfect starting point for hikes in one of the two national parks nearby, Rago and Sjunkhatten, or straight from the house. Brand new waterfront sauna. Camping gear and rowboat available.

Studio apartment with privat entrance

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to supermarket, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light. For almost 3 months we dont have sun. But we have snow - for playing and skiing.

Log cabin "Anders living room"

Enjoy an overnight stay in a restored old log cabin with simple but good amenities. Short distance from the parking lot. 200 meters. (Hill). (3.2 km in winter.) Short distance to the sink hatten national park. Good opportunities for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. In winter, you have to walk from the parking lot at “Graurvatnet.” 3.2 km.

Bring family or friends to a small gem in Sørfold. Great views and close to the lake. Possibility of using the gapahuk by the house and nice hiking areas nearby. Short distance to the entrance of Rago National Park. 20 minutes from Fauske. The apartment is spacious with most of what is needed for a cozy stay.
