Enjoy the hamaquero, swimming pool, equipped kitchen, barbecue, living room and dining room. There are still shelves in the kitchen, nothing that affects your comfort in this space designed for rest. We look forward to meeting you for a special stay. Note: the Residential charges $2/ person at the entrance.

Beach house - Summer houses

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

Beachfront beach house is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends! All rooms have air conditioning, comfortable beds and a space to store your things, not forgetting that you will have access to the internet. The land has plenty of green space, allowing you to have peace of mind for several with or without animals and a large parking lot. The village of the bar is 5 minutes by car where you will find restaurants and shops.

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.

Villas Kalmetzti - Casona

The main living unit of our 3 Villas, the Casona has 2 spacious king ensuites with private closets and bathrooms, along with a third bedroom with 4 twin beds on bunks. Private kitchen, living room, dining area. Also has access to our pool, firepit, BBQ and multi-sport court. All outdoor spaces are common and shared areas. Beach access 5-8 minute walk.
