Vacation rentals with breakfast in Songpa District

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

Great place conveniently located near Seoul station with lots of food options. Place is as described, with complete amneties provided as per description. Host was friendly and kind enough to extend our checkout time by 1 hour. Felt like a home away from home.

Best place we stayed in Seoul by far - Itaewon has such a fun culture, and the accommodation is just a couple streets away from the main hub for bar hopping so it’s quiet at night but very easy to just walk to if you want to have fun and experience the night life! It’s also very close to amazing restaurants and the train station. Beautiful accommodation, very homey - and Linda is an amazing host she’s always trying to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during your stay.

It was almost the same as the photos. The table was also able to be unfolded, so it was comfortable for several people to eat. It was also nice to see the river and mountains because it was a high-rise.

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Stayed one night with my wife and son — we were super happy with the place. Location was unbeatable. Just a few minutes from both Hongdae and Sinchon stations. Easy to get around and lots to explore nearby. Inside, it felt like a stylish hotel but cozy like home. Super clean, comfy beds, and the projector setup was a fun touch. My son loved the PS5. My wife and I enjoyed the skyline view from the bar table. Nice extras too — capsule coffee, blankets, even board games. If you’re visiting Seoul and want something central and relaxing, this spot’s a win. Would definitely come back!

It was nice that communication was fast and smooth. We were able to use the accommodation comfortably because the check-in time was adjusted. The accommodation was clean and the bedroom was well organized, so I was able to sleep comfortably. All the people who stayed together were satisfied and rested well.

We had such a lovely stay. The rooms are charming, quiet, and private, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was thorough. The breakfast each morning was delicious, a highlight of the trip! The location was also very convenient and close to great food. The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and it is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the host speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication at all, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏
