host is nice. place is nice, tidy and peaceful surrounding. my children enjoyed the pool while me n husband enjoyed the night view of lake. definitely will come again.

Stayed for a day with a big family. Everything was fine and it's very clean. The environment is very quite but there are a lot of dogs barking right beside the villa. The pool is very clean. It's cozy. There is karaoke as well! On the second floor, one of the room door handle was broken, it's very hard to open the door after closed.

Hygiene and clean place

My friends and I had a great time at Jenny’s place. It looked exactly like the photos—spacious, well-maintained, and very private. We especially enjoyed the covered pool and the outdoor hangout area. If you’re driving, getting around is easy. Without a car, transport might take a bit longer to arrive, but it’s still manageable. Jenny was very thoughtful—she offered to drive us to the nearest supermarket when she saw we weren’t driving, and she gave great local recommendations. She was always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her place.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Khlong Hae. The house is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and decorated with a calming minimalist aesthetic that made me feel instantly relaxed. It was clear the host put a lot of thought into the small details, from the cozy lighting to the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location is great—peaceful and quiet, but still very convenient. It's close to local attractions like the Hat Yai Floating Market and Hatyai Park, plus there are several 7-Elevens, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated the private parking, which made getting around easy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for groups looking for a relaxing and stylish home base while visiting Hatyai!

We have 9 people, this was a family trip for 3 nights stay. The homestay has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can fit 14 people. The location is accessible, walking distance to Lee Garden and Kim Yong market, also very near to 7-11 and Big C mini. Very reasonable price and good value, as it is not easy to find a stay if you have more people with 5 children.

Let me review it a bit. I went to Hat Yai and looked for a place to stay in Hat Yai city that wasn't too expensive. I found this place on the app. It's very new, probably just renovated. The accommodation is very clean, as expected, and has everything. It's suitable for a large family. It's also near convenience stores. I like it. The owner provides good service and answers questions quickly. I really like it. I recommend that you come here.

Nice place to stay. But not suggested for who are travelling with oldies. Sbb rumah dia bilik semua kene naik tangga. Tapi so far so good. And yes owner bagi check in awal. Sangat la helpful 😫

the location is good, easy & nearby to tourist spots. It is at residence area, however the road to go in is too small, it will be quite hard for big car to enter. The extra mattress a bit hard to sleep, luckily we got request extra with extra pay. Owner Chayasak very responsive in reply message

Been here for a vacation at Hatyai. The place is very near to city center of Hatyai. Also near to the attractions. The place is so hipster no cap. W for the place. Also it is recommended to bring your own transport as the place is not near to any public transport.

My family and I enjoyed the place very much as we had the whole place to ourselves for a group of 13. It is very near to Kim Yong Market and walking distance to Lee Garden. The place is clean and we will definitely choose this place again if we are coming back!

The house is really clean n spacious. Everything just fine.But if u have family member with wheelchair, this house is not suitable for u as it doesn’t have a room downstairs and the stairs is really high.

This house is huge to me. The place is beautiful and clean, it's very spacious and very well kept. You have to use a passcode or card key to get in and out of the house and I feel it's great for a group of friends and families with small children. There's a 7 Eleven in the way to the house, so, if you don't know, the 7 Eleven in Thailand are amazing hands down. For the price I paid? unbeatable!

Location quite near to kim yong market. Like just go straight u will reach kim yong and walk another 15min to lee garden. Restaurant beside the homestay lan yin (non halal) is quite good also walkable to big 7 eleven. But for me big 7 eleven got nothing to buy i prefer walk to opposite the bed hotel. Transportation need to walk infront main road to get a tuktuk and go back makesure let them see the location (thai language) is more easy for the driver to know where’s the exactly location. Otherwise grab is more convenient. About the owner. She is great host and easy deal. She prepare all the amenities in this homestay. So i highly recommend this place.

My family and I booked the place for 3 days and it was a superb experience. Cleanliness and comfort were up to standard. The only thing to take note that for anyone booking this place, its some distance away from the town center, so having a car or motor would be an advantage. But other that than i couldn’t point out any flaws to this great airbnb!

Second time booking this listing! It’s great for a big group as they have many rooms! Even better for bikers staying in Hat Yai as they have a huge private parking space to park. Place was very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend for big groups! Hosts were very responsive which is a big plus point for me :)
