Installés sur la terrasse vous pourrez profiter dès le lever du soleil d'une vue imprenable sur le Valromey et le massif du Grand Colombier. En contrebas d'un petit village, vous êtes en proximité de notre petit parc animalier (chèvre naine, lapins, oies, canards, poules) , dans un environnement calme. Le gîte est situé dans une maison individuelle, une ancienne ferme entièrement rénovée en gardant le cachet des pierres et du bois. Une surface habitable de 195 m² permet d’accueillir des grandes familles ou des regroupements d'amis dans de très bonnes conditions. Il se compose d’une partie gîte et une partie loft pour les enfants . Une configuration permettant un lieu convivial pour les parents et un lieu de vie pour les enfants / adolescents. A l’extérieur 2 terrasses et 1 jardin aménagé.

Enjoy with your children swimming in Champdor 800 m away. Portico for children aged 3-10 years in closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). West facing terrace access. Bicycle loan +helmets for 2 adults and 1 child possible.
