This is my second time at Hanh's place, and it's even better than the first! We checked in late, but Henry, the manager, thoughtfully had all the lights on, making the house glow like a modern fairy tale castle. It truly stands out against the village fields and surrounding homes. My first impression was how incredibly airy and spacious the house felt. The layout is practical and highly artistic. Kudos again to Hanh's husband, the architect! Our daughter was thrilled when, Our daughter loved seeing buffalo from the pool Our family also woke up early to stroll through the fields, watching farmers collect duck eggs and weed rice paddies. It was truly an unforgettable family experience. Hanh and Henry are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing quick support whenever we needed it. If you're looking to experience authentic Vietnamese village culture, don't miss this villa. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay. The pool is 1.2 meters deep, chilren should be careful

We loved our one month stay! Clean and tidy, with a nice view of the rice fields. There is a little garden where you can sit and relax. We borrowed the bicycles a lot and really enjoyed biking to town. Although there are many nearby restaurants and cafes which was great. Thanks for having us!

Only spent one night (should have been 12 nights) at Camy's place due to dog being at property (other traveller hates dogs)!. I had a fabulous time though, Camy made me feel like part of the family. The best bit was her amazing breakfast (cheapest and the best in the whole of Hoi An ;-) If I travel on my own next time I will definitely be staying at Camy's place!!!

It was an amazing homestay we had a connecting room for 3 people and yeah everything was awesome. They also had an airport pickup and at-home massage service as per request. They have a really cute catto there as welll ahhh Overall, I would definitely come again and book here it’s so quiet and peaceful

The view from the 3rd floor of the accommodation was really the best. The host's response was quick, and the manager's response was the best. Because of the location, the surroundings are really quiet, so you can protect your privacy. You can have fun in the pool, too!

Was a bit nervous reading other reviews about abandoned houses around this villa. But upon reaching there, the villa is exactly as the photos, stunning, welcoming and most of all peaceful. We were welcomed by the host who was very responsive and helpful even before we arrived. The 2 way airport transfer is greatly appreciated and made finding the villa so easy. Any issue or questions we had was also promptly resolved and attended to by Hang. I was very happy living here for our stay. Impressed by the landscape, design and decor. The weather was great for relaxing outdoors too. But we didnt have time to try the kayak. This villa is also near the country side where we can cycle, go for cooking classes and the basket boat ride at the river nearby. There are also some bicycles to use at the villa. Research showed that this estate was actually meant to be a high end exclusive estate with award winning design. Unfortunately, covid might have affected its sales, hence the empty units.
