The outdoor space was a true highlight, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We felt completely at ease and at home throughout our stay. We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this Airbnb stay! Communication with the host was extremely friendly and straightforward from the beginning. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained, and everything you need for a comfortable stay was thought of. The location was very good, especially if you want to experience a quiet stay. Check-in went smoothly, and we immediately felt comfortable. I especially liked that the host gave me great tips for the area. All in all, it was the perfect place for a break – we felt at home. Our group of five adults and a toddler loved our stay here. The house is massive, cool, well-equipped and with tons of special amenities that gave it a unique touch. Petra is a sweet little town with everything you need just a block over in the main plaça, and accessible to the rest of the island. The hosts were above and beyond communicative and provided us with extras for our little one to ensure our stay was optimal. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

Very well maintained finca and pool in a quiet location - great for relaxing and for excursions throughout the island. Everything was as described in the listing and Vera was extremely helpful, friendly and super fast in communication. We couldn't have done better!

We spent 5 wonderful days in this fantastic villa – surrounded by tranquility, nature and sun. It was just perfect to really unwind and relax. The villa itself is very clean and lovingly furnished – a place to feel good. It is a bit remote, so a car is definitely an advantage to get to the beach or the nearest town. For couples who simply enjoy, relax and seek distance from everyday life, this is the ideal retreat. A big thank you also to our hosts Laura and Luis. The two are incredibly warm, gave us many great tips and were always there for us. We really highly recommend this place!

Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

The villa was a beautiful place to stay for our first holiday as a family of 3 and provided everything we needed and wanted for our holiday. Our son (11 months old) had the best time. He enjoyed the pool and being in the hammock with one of us each day. He even managed to try some of the oranges (his favourite) growing on the trees. The location itself was perfect; peaceful and quiet, with everything to make the stay comfortable (including cot and high chair) and shops etc a short drive away. It was also a great base for visiting other areas, such as Pollenca, Alcudi and Porto Cristo. Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful place to stay that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with quick response time. The house is tastefully and creatively decorated, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all used and enjoyed regularly. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be seen all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also constantly heard. A few meters from the house is the natural large sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks barefoot and go swimming. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much...!!!

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Everything was amazing! The house, the location & the view. We had a fantastic holiday and Margarita was a great host, always available and very caring. 10/10 recommend!!

We liked it very much, the apartment is excellently equipped and has something to offer for every season, communication went smoothly and Son Servera is a charming place with everything for everyday needs! As already mentioned, the bedroom to the street is quite audible or the street right in front of the window. My wife didn't mind, but those who are noise sensitive should consider this when booking.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

A really great finca, we all enjoyed the 8 days very much and felt comfortable. The finca is perfectly located to quickly reach the huge beach of Can Picafort, but in a very quiet rural area. We can definitely recommend renting scooters, so you can easily explore the island and have a parking space everywhere. We definitely recommend the place!

The house is fantastic. It’s more beautiful than the pictures. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back. The property is secluded and offers beautiful private surroundings. It’s very clean. Great for a bigger group.

Very large and modern house in a small and quiet village. The check-in was very easy and well done. The staff are very nice and helpful if there was a problem.

We were lucky enough to spend two whole months in the beautiful finca. It is a very spacious and at the same time cozy house. The garden is large and very well maintained. We did not use the pool and outdoor dining as we were there in winter. All the more so the open fireplace and we were very pleased with the well-functioning heating. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. The rooms are nice and spacious, all with en-suite bathroom. Communication beforehand went smoothly. Great praise also to Jeff and Julia, who were responsible on site and were always immediately available and took care of everything. The nearest towns (Son Carrio and Sant Llorenc are each only 5-7 minutes away and have bakeries, a small supermarket and several restaurants. Beautiful cities such as Arta or the coast can also be reached in 15 minutes. Clear recommendation.
