Notre villa jouit d'un emplacement de 1er ordre sur un domaine très bien entretenu, avec sur-presseur d'eau et groupe électrogène prenant le relais en cas de coupure. En excellent état et très bien équipée, elle possède une seconde cuisine implantée dans le garage attenant, permettant à notre Fattou de cuisiner sans odeurs dans la maison ni dérangements. Proche de plage (environ 300 mètres) et du centre commercial SALY CENTER (supermarché, boulangerie, bar, restaurant, librairie, clinique, ...).

Maison avec piscine et jacuzzi à 60 m de la plage et 2 km de la lagune. Idéale pour faire des sorties en velo, des promenades sur la plage ou des fêtes au bord de la lagune pour les plus fetards. Maison ideale avec des enfants , calme pour se reposer loin de l’agitation et en même temps a 10 mn de la Somone et 50 mn de Dakar. Les amoureux de la nature pourront se fondre dans la végétation luxuriante de la mangrove et les plus romantiques contempler de beaux couchers de soleil sur la plage.
