The building is a semi-detached house, half of which is the Klára vacation home, which can be rented for a maximum of 4-6 people. The vacation home is separated from the other semi-detached house by a huge fig tree and lush vegetation. The vacation home has three rooms with separate entrances and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped. We can provide a crib, a high chair, and a baby bathtub upon request. Guests have the option of barbecuing in the garden.

The Déli Part Apartment is located in Siófok (Balatonszéplak felső), a 6-8 minute walk from the free beach on the Ezüstpart, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The accommodation includes free parking and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has its own garden and barbecue facilities. One of the upstairs rooms has two single beds and a double sofa bed. The other upstairs room is a living room with a sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate an extra cot. In the garden there is a possibility to grill and cook, the garden door opens to the bicycle path around Lake Balaton.
