One of the houses is occupied by the host owner. To stock up on food, in the village 800 m away, there is a café-restaurant, grocery store, bread and pastry shop; the bakery-pastry shop and butcher-caterer are 4 km away. Everything is open on Sunday mornings

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
