Condo vacation rentals in Somerville

Home was great for what we needed, had all the amenities and was clean. Bed was comfortable and there was alot of great food in the area/ a grocery store a quick walk away. Quinn was quick to communicate and check in / check out was easy.

Rachel’s place is beautiful and spacious, walkable to the union square area and otherwise a quiet residential neighborhood. Rachel was able to provide us guest parking permit which was really helpful.

I stayed here with a few friends it was great. Kraku was fast to respond to any questions, the area is quite walkable and easy to get downtown, snd the apartment was spotless!

We had a great stay at Trevor's. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the kitchen seemed well stocked with cooking supplies. It is about an 8-10 minute walk to the Maverick T station. We were pleasantly surprised that even though the apartment is very close to the airport, there was no flight noise at all! In fact, the street was super quiet.

This place was quite good. The general space was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was clean and there were lots of amenities. The green room (in which I stayed) had a nice bed and the desk was large and perfect for my needs. It was a short walk to Gilman Square T station, which was on the Green line and could take you into Boston proper. Overall very easy to get around. Loved it.

Very nice apartment with all amenities that are necessary for a long stay. I stayed for a month. The house is fully equipped. There are washing machine and dryer which are really helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy access to bus station and metro.There are many nice restaurants in the neighborhood of Somerville. Hamed, the host answered all my questions immediately and whenever there was a problem with the electric appliances he was always available to solve it. I would recommend this apartment definitely for long stay in Boston.

Nice condo and as advertised. Clean, easy to access, and a responsive host. The condo is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Great for short stays and similar situated for longer stays. I would rent these accommodations again.

As a superhost myself I understand what it takes to have a top listing and Peter definitely hits the mark. The apartment has everything you need and then some. It had Toto Japanese toilets in both bathrooms and everything you might need for a short or long term stay right where you expect it. The beds are super comfortable and living room kitchen is very large and comfortable. Parking is easy on the street in front of the house. We also took the T into Boston several times and it’s an easy walk.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We had a great stay at this South Boston condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Convention Center, and the Seaport area, making getting around the city extremely simple. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The main bedroom was quiet and had a great work setup with a desk. The lower bunk bed is set directly on the floor, which actually worked out well—smaller adults in our group found it comfy and easy to sleep on. Parking was limited, but we found street parking without much trouble. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located spot—we’d definitely stay here again!

It’s a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The home was really good. Very spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and living room. Wish we had more time to spend indoors. Andy was else quick on responses and proactively addressed any questions we had. Grocery store is just around the corner so that’s a big plus too. Overall a great experience

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

Marblehead was a perfect fit for us. Dog friendly, quaint cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful area full of history and wonderful water views. This old Victorian house was charming, fully stocked with everything you’d have at home, comfortable furniture, and even special treats and drinks to enjoy.

This place was a gem - so clean & with a great location. It was also fully stocked which made it very easy to cook and the dishwasher was honestly one of the best we’ve ever used. Would recommend and honestly will stay again if returning!

Amy was an amazing host for our family! She was super responsive and accommodating. Her place is right in the heart of downtown Boston, so there were tons of fun things to do and see. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Boston next time!

Kelly's place was pristine and perfectly comfortable. Everything was as advertised and Kelly was a super responsive and helpful host. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful home base in Salem, a little apart from the chaos.

This place is AMAZING! An absolute must stay. Close to public transit, restaurants, coffee shops, in the cutest neighborhood. We were in awe of how adorable and perfect and homey the apartment is. Truly one of my most favorite stays. The hosts were communicative and even let us drop our bags off early as we were coming from another air Bnb and didn’t want to lug our suitcases around Boston all day. I had some questions about check in and they responded to me in minutes. Truly wonderful.

Amazing peaceful getaway right around the corner from downtown Boston. A great location for walking and very easy to Uber to and from. Centrally situated and not too far from all the sites. Super clean home with everything my husband and sons needed. I especially enjoyed the back yard patio and all the natural sunlight in the living room and kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay in the cute town of Winthrop. The house was an old, but very newly renovate with all the quaintness you find in a well cared for historic home. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location and there were so many nice ammenities that other places I’ve stayed did not have. The little extras like the laundry detergent, the Keurig and pods, a bottle of wine All meant so much. I was with my son and daughter in law and two granddaughters, and everybody felt immediately at home. Will definitely return.

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything about this apartment is perfect! I was here for a long-term stay and ended up adding a month to my stay. It is an excellent location, great beaches, quaint towns, lovely walking trails, and Boston is an easy drive for a meal or a day trip. The apartment is well put-together, many comfortable places to sit and read or watch TV, a private room to get work done if you have to, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and plenty of room to move around and cook/eat--whatever you want! The place is quiet and relaxing, with a lovely deck overlooking a beautiful backyard. Huntley and Brad are super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Truly a stunning and fun place to be, I could not recommend more highly!
