Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

This space is such a peaceful place to rest and recoup. We loved exploring all the surrounding beaches and museums. The location is easy to get to and Deirdre was so helpful and replenished everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend booking this space!

Our stay at the lakefront cottage was fantastic! The place was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the sitting areas. But most of all we loved the outdoors. The lake was perfect for paddle-boarding, and there were wonderful trails nearby in the walking distance. Watching beautiful sunsets over the lake made our trip magical. Nico is a gracious host, responsive, genuine, and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure the kids and I had everything we needed.

We were looking for a place close to Hampton Beach and this airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was about a 25 minute ride from the boardwalk and it was perfect for us, especially because we were just there for a show over night. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and felt homey. We will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.

Tracey was a phenomenal host for the week of my stay. Her house is clean, has all the amenities you need, and as a host she made me feel comfortable right away. This location is central to so much of Maine and New Hampshire that your possibilities are endless. And the house itself is so unique that it totally blows away any hotel. Cannot recommend this place more!!

Quiet, comfortable stay. The room on the first floor is a 2-room suite, seating in one room; and bed, bay window, chairs, closet and attached private bathroom in the other. Lots of natural light through many windows, with good shades and curtains for privacy. The house is older, charming, and easy to find. Quick access to major roads in the area. Debby communicated promptly and was warm and helpful.
