Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Ein grüner ruhiger Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich historische Gebäude, Museen, Theater, Restaurants sowie der Fluss «Aare», in welchem gebadet werden kann. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss in 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in der Nähe. Beim Haus können Fahrräder eingestellt werden.
