This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.
