The apartment looks like new. Everything is very clean, it is a spacious, quiet place and close to the main shops and restaurants. The area is very safe and you can connect to main roads to go for a walk. Carola and Gerardo are very good hosts, they respond quickly and keep everything in order. I recommend them 100%

The place is really nice and at a comfortable price, depending on what each person considers. They should make the check-in hours more flexible, considering that I was only able to enter after 3:00 pm, but the next day I left much earlier than the check-out time and a check-in at 3:00 pm is late. In general, the place is super nice and cozy.

This is my second time staying in Andrea’s place and it truly feels like home. The place is clean and clutter free. Great place to stay. There’s a local mall which is walking distance. The pool was clean and love the rules that are implemented which makes it a great place to relax. There’s a supermarket walking distance a local quick stop little convenience store like a 7 eleven. I felt safe with the neighborhood. Will definitely stay in this area again

The apartment was exactly what I needed on my first visit to this new city. It was a safe, centrally located in the northern part of the city. The surrounding area have a lot of clinics and local stores. The apartment is pictured accurately on the listing and it was clean and has everything one needs for a short-medium stay. I'm glad that there was a in-unit washer, iron, and blowdryer. They are details but exactly things I needed. During my stay, the air conditioner also stopped working but Luz quickly reconciled it and I had air conditioning again. It was a new unit and was installed promptly. She's an excellent host and always within reach if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Beatriz and Viviana were amazing hosts during my stay. Their communication was outstanding , every time I had a question, they responded within minutes. It really made me feel taken care of and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure I had everything I needed. The Airbnb was very clean and looked exactly like the photos, which I really appreciated. It was in a great location, close to the mall and lots of good restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and had a really nice vibe. It was the perfect spot for both relaxing and exploring. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I strongly recommend staying here

The house we rented is quite nice and very homely, we felt "at home", it is as described in the Airbnb ad and even more!!! I would definitely come back and recommend it without a doubt.

great location, next to the Viva shopping center, very safe area where I could walk with peace of mind. Andres, who was my host, I felt like I had known him all my life, he took care of me very well and was attentive to everything.

Miguel was a very good host, the property was clean and well located. We went around carnival and we were at a walking distance from the main parade. He was very kind and gave us good advise about places to visit and eat.

Most genuine and loving hosts! They are so welcoming and caring and really value connecting with their guests. We stayed during carnival and it’s quite loud as there are street parties right outside (but this is to be expected with carnival)! I will define you stay with them again next time we’re in Barranquilla. Thank you so much family!

Excellent hostess is always attentive to everything one needs. I felt at home the location super close to the best center. Comercial mall IBuenavista the house in excellent condition very clean and fresh at all times they advised me on everything to enjoy the city I would definitely stay again the photos are identical to the one of the house and I felt comfortable as a family is the best place where I have stayed in Colombia very sure I will come back a lot thanks to beautiful and her mom are excellent people

It was a great experience and an excellent decision to choose Francisco and Natalia's accommodation, one of the best superhosts I've had in 10 years of traveling. They and their team will make you feel right at home, no doubt. They were always very attentive to resolve my concerns with excellent communication, promptness and a positive attitude. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, pleasant, extraordinary location and in an area that has everything. Perfect for couples, small families or one person. Independent and very private, with everything a traveler needs in the common areas and the room. Super recommended, don't hesitate for long or short stays because it will be a great blessing to stay there. Clearly, I hope to be back soon. Excellent place, located in a very good area, the building staff are very attentive and friendly. The host was always willing to help us with what we needed and the information he gave us was super clear. The studio apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great, very spacious and comfortable. The a/c is very good as the climate is on the hot side. I can’t say anything negative on the contrary excellent place will definitely come back.

The host was very helpful & responsive the entire trip. Gave us a great list of recommendations for things to do & places to eat. There isn't a super market or food close by you can walk to, but there are options to get food delivered. To get around town you have to get a taxi or Uber everywhere if you don't rent a car. There was 1 day that the lights went out. from about 7am until 8pm, which was inconvenient, however the host very was acomodating & offered transportation services for that day, and even offered solutions for another apartment if the city didn't resolve the issue. Over all great trip & I would stay here again.

Luis’ listing is a great place to stay. I really appreciated how clean the apartment was upon arrival and the ample supplies (trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, water, coffee, and basic spices) that were provided. Luis was constantly in communication and making sure I had a good/safe stay. The neighborhood is very safe and has several great restaurants nearby. It’s about 25 minute walk from Gran Malecón if you want to get some exercise or what the sunset. Honestly, this is one of the nicest listings I’ve stayed in Colombia—no notes.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.
