Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

Place was wonderful and quaint! Really easy to find and a wonderful view of Salinas. The location itself was very private and blended well with the natural environment. Inside was clean and had all the amenities that we needed such as a fridge, tea kettle, etc. overall, a pleasure to stay at.

Bob and Shar are graceful hosts. They are very welcoming and share their home with guests. The home is well divided so I felt like I had private space while also being with them and their two dogs in their home. The location has easy access from the highway and felt private and safe. They were very responsive to feedback and eager to make my stay enjoyable. I was attending a workshop so was only there in the evenings. There are plenty of restaurants in Marina with a diversity of ethnic options and they provided a decent sized refrigerator to hold left overs and other things that I needed. Overall it was a great place to come back to at the end of a long day!

Irene is a great host! She communicated with us proactively, giving updates even before we had any concerns. When there was a minor issue with the bathroom fan, she responded quickly and took immediate action to resolve it. We really appreciated her attentiveness and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Matt’s place was even better than described. We felt very safe and comfortable and really enjoyed the full kitchen for a few of our meals. The neighborhood is beautiful and such a welcome place to come home to after all of our adventures. I would definitely stay there again and hope to come back in the future
