Sie mieten die obere Wohnung mit privater Dachterrasse. Auf ca. 80 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich ein Wohn- und Essbereich, eine vollausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusch- und Bademöglichkeiten. Eine gemütliche große halbschattige Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Von der Dachterrasse aus haben Sie einen sensationellen Blick auf die Küste und den Ort Jandia mit seinem schönen Leuchtturm und dem langen Sandstrand. Eine Wachsmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Pool wird von der unteren Wohnung mit genutzt, sofern sie vermietet ist.
