Welcome to a nice new house designed by an architect right by Jærstrendene with good living space for six people! Jærstrendene is a mecca for surfing, fishing, swimming, beach volleyball or just lying on the beach and listening to the sea roar on the horizon. The house is located in a small quiet building area by Selestranden, only 500 meters down to the sea and a salmon river. It is 15-20 min to Sola Airport and Stavanger city center. Månafossen, Kongeparken and Preikestolen/Kjerag and other great top tours not far away.

We rent out a large room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are good beds, a large double bed - 200 cm, and a single bed - 90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to Sola city center and the airport, and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with freezer, microwave, Air Fryer, and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to electric car charger, for an additional fee. Access to washing machine/dryer

Family-friendly home with beautiful views and great sun exposure. Relax in a jacuzzi heated to 40°C after a day in Stavanger. Three bedrooms with double beds, plus a travel cot for infants on request. Private parking with EV charger included. Buses and city bikes nearby take you to the city center in about 15 minutes. Grocery stores are close by, and a shopping mall is 1 km away. Please note: there is a cat in the house. If preferred, the cat can stay in the laundry room with a private entrance.

The House is located on a main bus route to the centre of Stavanger and is 10 minutes drive by car to downtown stavanger or a 30 minute walk. The House is surrounded by a high fence to provide privacy from the road and reduce any noise. There is free car parking on premises, The rental covers 2 floors of the 3 storey house. The apartment has 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, space can be made for 2 more people by an inflatable bed in the main lounge area. Note for allergy sufferers we do own a cat.
