We rent out a big room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two recliners, a coffee table and a work table. There are good beds, a big double bed- 200 cm, and a single bed-90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to the center of Sola and the airport and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with a freezer, microwave and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to electric car charger, against an addition to the price.

Single-family home with good standard. Walking distance to the solar beach ( 7 min), sun golf club and beer mountain frisbee golf. The home has about 400 km2 garden, trampoline and proximity to forest and hiking areas. The sun center takes about 10 by car. Possibility for EV charging in garage. The guests have access to 3 bedrooms that will be prepared with bedding included in the price. Baby cot is provided for needs. The place is child-friendly and gives access to toys. Large patio surfaces upstairs and downstairs.

The House is located on a main bus route to the centre of Stavanger and is 10 minutes drive by car to downtown stavanger or a 30 minute walk. The House is surrounded by a high fence to provide privacy from the road and reduce any noise. There is free car parking on premises, The rental covers 2 floors of the 3 storey house. The apartment has 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, space can be made for 2 more people by an inflatable bed in the main lounge area. Note for allergy sufferers we do own a cat.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the Stavanger area, 20 min by car to Stavanger, or go by bus. 5 min walk to daily shops and bus stop, 10 min walk to the maritime little harbour of Tananger.

A 5 minute walk through the forest takes you down to Store Stokkavann with swimming opportunities and lots of hiking trails. Or maybe you just want to relax in the big garden with barbecue facilities and sun chairs. Parts of the garden are fenced so here a four-legged friend can also enjoy.
