The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

🌳Beautiful farmhouse located in a beautiful rural setting, facing its private pond and surrounded by forest, in the Perche Regional Park. ☀️The house is a tastefully renovated old farmhouse, with all the comforts you need to spend a few peaceful days with family or friends: board games, fireplace, raclette machine, barbecue... Everything is at your disposal. 🥖No neighbors and just 5 minutes to local farms, the supermarket, the bakery, and even the gas station!

Treehouse, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris

1 hour 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.
