At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

On the ground floor of a 15th century building listed as a historic monument, this fully renovated 36 m2 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. If you like the charm of the old, this place is for you. 100 m from the Abbaye aux Dames, in a small quiet street, the city center is within a 10-minute walk: Vaugueux district, port, castle... Parking is free in the neighborhood. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue.
