The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances, including a microwave. The apartment is a separate part of a villa, and has its own entrance. You can access the washing machine, and an extra mattress if desired. Pets are welcome.
