Øygarden is an old family farm located in scenic surroundings at Grislevann in Lindesnes. The house is very old but restored to today's standards although much of the old cane has been used further. There is a new modern kitchen and a bathroom. The house has an outdoor living room with a fireplace and TV. A greenhouse is also attached to a greenhouse where you can enjoy life and snack local vegetables. By the water there is a beach and boats you can borrow. There are great hiking trails in the immediate area. It's also great to go fishing trout for trout in the water

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

(Boat can be rented at Lindesnes Hyttervice.) Beach volleyball, football, tennis, frisbee golf, golf, tour trails, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the cabin.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Seaside cottage with a family-friendly location. Approximately 100 meters away you will find Årosferiesenter which has, among other things, beach, large heated pool and mini golf (for a fee), pub, street kitchen and kiosk. Otherwise, there are also many great hiking areas and swimming areas in the nearby area around the cabin. During 2022 there will be one indoor swimming pool and hot tub that the cabin's guests can use freely The cabin is decorated modern, yet with a warm atmosphere.

Beliggende midt i den sørlandske villmarka mellom to tjern langt fra folk og veier. Tretopp hytte i 4 etasjer - en ekte tilbake til naturen opplevelse! Stor grad av komfort med gode senger, panoramautsikt og velutstyrt kjøkken. Eneste varmekilde er vedkomfyren og hytta er kun opplyst med stearinlys og batterilampe. God gammeldags utedo nede på skogbunnen. Bålplass, kano, robåt, snekkerbod og klatrenett kan brukes fritt. Badestamp og badstue har en ekstra kostnad.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Welcome to an unforgettable and nostalgic nature holiday :)  Good population with fish on the water. Taken more over 2kg of trout in the last few years. Record is over 4kg.

In the immediate vicinity, there are several nice hiking opportunities. The owner is registered as a tourist fishing company. Lyngdal is 7 km away.
