We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was founded in 1899 and lifted in 1945. This railway is now a nice walking path! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and a private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Located directly at the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike rides and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian countryside have many attractions and leisure opportunities available. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
