Very nice apartment in a great central location. Very short walk to the very city centre and on a street with many useful cafes, convenience shops and bars. Georgi was a very helpful host and spent time informing us about the area and was very quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Vanessa's apartment was really beautiful and bright—it appealed to my Scandinavian style at first sight. The kitchen is a bit interesting, but it works well! The shower has a rain shower, lovely!

Amazing location, right in the center. No need for metro, you can do everything on foot. If you’re looking for a comfortable place, then this is your place. The lockers outside the apartment were useful. Overall would recommend!

I stayed at Irena's place for a month and honestly, it surpassed my expectations. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The place is very cozy, beautifully done, and truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and comfort in every corner made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The location is absolutely amazing - everything you could possibly need is right nearby. Mega stores, cafes, great places to eat, and incredibly convenient public transport are all within easy reach. Also the biggest bus hub in Sofia is 4 minutes away on foot. The hosts were wonderful - super welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I am very thankful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sofia.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von der Innenstadt, ist von allen Seiten super zu erreichen. Wir sind spät abends angekommen und wurden direkt mit kalten Getränken und frischen Früchten überrascht, welche die Ankunft um einiges besser gemacht haben. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Alles in allem einfach eine super Unterkunft. Gerne wieder!

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

Tsvetelina, informed us in advance that the lift was not working and clearly explained how we would be compensated, which we appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, beautifully furnished, and with an amazing view. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place in the greatest location!!! Looks just like on the pictures. Even though its right on the central square, it faces inside courtyard and very peaceful all day and night. All the windows have nets on them so they can be kept opened if desired, or use air conditioner. Great host, meets you at the door and shows and explains everything. Location is within 5-10 minutes walk from great number of food, park, historical, and main shopping/restaurant/entertainment street. Amazing value compare to the 2 main hotels around it.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Charming small apartment with very tasteful design. It’s everything you need for a short period stay. Location is very good right in the middle of the city center but on quiet and peaceful street. Nikola was super friendly. Enjoyed my two stays already! :)

Sehr saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Sofia. Dank der super Ausstattung der Küche und der Waschmaschine ist die Wohnung auch gut für langere Aufenthalte geeignet. Der Gastgeber Nickola ist hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Besonders schön sind die 2 Balkone.

L’appartement de Darko était vraiment sympathique par ses dimensions et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Seul petit bémol la salle de bain ne sent pas très bon. Mais il suffit d’aérer l’appartement de temps en temps ou de laisser la porte de la Sdb fermée. En tous cas j’ai bien apprécié mon séjour et je recommande !

Iliana's place was great to visit. Parking is easy in front of the apartment. The apartment includes all amenities you might need and Iliana was very responsive and helpful with any query! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!

My stay at Kamen's place was great. As a nomad, this place suited me very well: great location in the city centre, reliable Internet and a lovely view of the mountain and the roofs of old Sofia. The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. It is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, but this wasn't an issue for me. Kamen has been a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. I would definitely recommend his place to other guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Надежда’s apartment. The flat is located in a modest but peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Obelya metro station. This made commuting extremely convenient, as I was able to easily reach various parts of the city—whether it was going to the office, the airport, nearby supermarkets, or malls. The metro connection is reliable, fast, and safe, offering quick access to everything I needed during my stay. The apartment itself is cosy, warm, and exceptionally clean, providing a very comfortable environment to relax after a long day. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. Надежда was an excellent host—very attentive and responsive, always replying within a few minutes whenever I had a question or needed something. Her hospitality made a big difference in my overall experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sofia.
