The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Dieses gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment ist 10km von der Aachener Innenstadt entfernt , liegt in Kohlscheid, einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. In etwa 11 km Entfernung befinden sich der Aachener Hauptbahnhof/Rathaus/Markt/Dom/RWTH Aachen/Casino Eurogress. Zum Campus Melaten und zum Uniklinikum RWTH Aachen sind es ca 8km. Das Aachener Reitstadion CHIO ist auch nicht weit entfernt . Kohlscheid hat eine eigene, kleine Bahnstation , sie ist fussläufig erreichbar.

The nearest bus stop towards Aachen is 20 m away. Bus connections to the CHIO are within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. The building has a wine shop and an exclusive wine bar with bistro kitchen that is open from Thursday to Saturday from 7:00 pm. Electric cars can be charged directly at the apartment.

Here you can find rest and time to relax. Although you are in the middle of nature, it only takes 10 minutes to downtown. Kick back and relax in our cozy 2-room apartment with hallway, newly renovated bathroom and private entrance. The 40 sqm apartment is modern and located in a quiet one-way street with good infrastructure, free parking and a bus stop within walking distance. Enjoy the tea and coffee flat rate. A supermarket, bakery, butcher and gas station can be reached quickly. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only a 5-minute walk away.

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
