What we offer you is a marvelous Penthouse located in the most centric part of the lovely city of Arequipa. The area is called Vallecito, and it is at 10 minutes away from the city center where all the attractions are. The bus station is 5 minutes away and the airport 20. The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. Of course it is also fully equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook and we include the basic food. Our goal is to make you feel like home!

We have solar water heater and additional electric shower in each room. The apartment is located on the fifth floor with access to a large terrace and has a beautiful view of the city. It is very close to Avenida Dolores, which is one of the city's main avenues, and is located 12 minutes from downtown.

Safe residential neighborhood with concierges at the entrance. count between 8 and 12 soles by taxi to reach the Place d'Armes. It's also very good on foot. the owner is accessible and responded positively to our requests great experience!

Very nice little place, good for 2, with garden (table and seats available), very good equipped even for longer stays, bedroom is upstairs, in an area of private houses; taxi into towncenter is only a few Soles, but also the busstop is only 7 min. walk way. Cute little and friendly dog there with the owners/Keepers. Communication was very good and asking for a hairdryer was no problem at all.

Andreas place was the nicest and most modern Airbnb I've been in Arequipa. And the best equipped one. And the one with the most comfortable bed. So if you don't mind that it's not walking distance to the historic center, I highly recommend it.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

An outdoor kitchen area features a long bar with high black stools arranged in front of a smooth concrete countertop. A warm wood panel backdrop complements the exposed brick wall. Potted plants line the wall, adding a touch of greenery to the space.
