First reaction, we are in heaven! This place was the cutest most quaint home. Waking up to the beautiful sounds of the birds chirping in the morning. Thomas made us breakfast in the morning. The views were spectacular, town is absolutely adorable. This is a must stop and staying right on site with Sandra and Thomas was perfect! Thank you to the both of you for making our stay amazing!

Perfect apartment for a short stay near Bled. Vintgar Gorge within foot distance. Very friendly owner and very clean.

The location is perfect—calm, within walkable distance from the lake and from the bigger towns nearby. The apartment is reasonable for the price, the bed is huge, everything is tidy, we liked the balcony even while it rained outside. Although this apartment comes with no kitchen, Monica gave all the utensils we needed, so we managed without eating out always. Overall, the location, the responsive and helpful host, and the clean, compact space make it a great choice for shorter stays.

Really clean and comfortable space. Unfortunately the pizza restaurant below was closed while we were there, but the place is close to many other great restaurants as well as everything else you need to see in Kobarid. A great stay!

Our stay was truly enjoyable – the room in the garden, under tall trees, was spotlessly clean, cool, and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming; we felt at home right away. Breakfast was varied, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Thank you also for the great restaurant recommendation – we had a wonderful meal! An unexpectedly stop on our journey through Italy. It was a very successful stay! Air conditioning, nice room, public kitchen with dining area and terrace. Everything is clean, cozy, decorated with attention to detail. Delicious breakfasts! :) There was also parking and the possibility of renting bikes. Giuliana is a wonderful host, open and helpful. We had everything we needed. I recommend it with all my heart! :)

Alex was very friendly! The accommodation was cozy and clean, a short walk from the center, room with air conditioning, private bathroom and stunning sea views, great service! I can't complain :)

Vanilla and her husband are super sweet and hospitable! She takes care of breakfast and always makes every effort to make sure everything is a good fit. The vegetables and fruit from the garden are wonderful and the pool is great for relaxing, cooling off and moving a bit. The two cats Muki and Kuki are also super sweet and relaxed 😊 it was really a very nice stay!

Beautiful accommodation in a family pension with the possibility of buying a delicious breakfast in the form of a buffet for 8€. The guesthouse is located in a quiet beautiful environment near the city, there is still something to do. Hosts are amazing, communicative, and helpful!

Great accomodation, very homely feel and welcoming hosts

Christina and her husband welcomed us very openly and hospitably. They always had practical tips at hand and could always give us information about regional activities and accessibility as well as parking. Animal lovers will enjoy the dog Leo, the little cats and the communicative geese that live outside the B&B. Thank you for the great time!

Friendly, helpful hosts and a great place to stay! The terrace, where breakfast (regional and homemade, delicious products - every day a little something different) was served, has a fantastic view of the sea. The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable. By bus, you can quickly get to the center of Trieste without changing. The driveway is steep, but you get used to it.

Elke and her family are extremely helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable (almost like at home) and would stay with you again anytime! A great place with beautiful views to the lake and even a good breakfast is available. Thanks for your hospitality!
