The updated workspace studio condo is located in Silver Creek Resort on the second floor, which is also the beginning floor of the guest rooms. No long elevator rides! Portable AC included! This place is perfect for couples, but we offer space for three guests. Full disclosure: the futon is NOT very comfortable, but it will accommodate a third guest :) You will receive keycard access to a sauna, hot tubs, and heated indoor/outdoor pool. 58" Roku Smart TV w/ basic cable. This Highland House slope side first floor condo looks out over Ballhooter lift and Skidder...lots of action to watch and ski school/lessons right out the back door. Studio condo in the village of Snowshoe. Located in the Rimfire building. Walk to slopes, restaurants, Starbucks, & shopping. Guests have access to the garage (1 car), hot tubs, gym. Cooktop, micro, fridge, coffee pot, cookware, etc. There is no oven. In the summer there is hiking, mountain biking, Shavers Lake, Cass railroad, Greenbank Observatory, Greenbrier River Trail, horse back riding, Razor tours, scenic lift rides, Frisbee golf, Raven Golf Course, Concerts, Treasure on the Mountain.

This rare find is super cozy, quaint, and perfect for a family, or 2 small families, to experience a skiing or mountain biking adventure! So much to do in Snowshoe, no matter the season! Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, night skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, horse back riding, heated pools & hot tubs (daily fee) and shopping! It’s truly a winter wonderland! ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. 30 yards from the top of the mountain and ballhooter ski lift. Our unit has a parking lot/ building entrance view.

Silver Creek has uncrowded slopes and much shorter lift lines.
