There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 3 beds, a bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bed in the stairwell.

My place is close to restaurants and dining and the beach. You will love my home because of the coziness, the comfortable beds and a cozy living room. Everything is newly decorated. The home is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). If you want a linen package with towels and bed linen, it costs 50 kroner per person. Upon arrival of 2 people where both bedrooms will be used, an additional fee of 75 kroner per night will be added, which will be settled upon arrival. If anything is destroyed, this is paid by the tenant

The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

"Cold Hawaii inland" About 4 km from there is a very scenic activity park and a little further south are the very famous Skyum mountains, with beautiful hikes, really beautiful. Bring a picnic basket, John Lennon has been there.
