Our cozy B&B located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets of Leeuwarden. In three minutes you walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guest house is located behind the house from 1906 and has a private entrance, a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guest house is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

You have a private entrance and the Woodpecker has two spacious bedrooms, both with a private shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic comforts. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Had a great stay! Perfect walking distance to the city. Nice neighborhood and parking in front of the door. Super nice and well arranged. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Leeuwarden.

We enjoyed our stay at the windmill while we were visiting Friesland. The location worked great for trips into Leeuwarden along with surrounding areas. The e-bikes were one of our highlights of this stay - we did a ride through Leeuwarden out to Deinum and Boksum which was amazing. Would recommend staying here as a solo or couple traveller.
