The house in the garden is built by us personally, for guests. It is made up of a bedroom with a bar/office area and a bathroom. We also have a traditional tub with stove and salt water prepared by the balaceala available between September and May with 24hr notice and for a fee of 150RON. The cottage is isolated from the big house, it has privacy and its own outdoor relaxation area when the weather allows. It is the ideal location for overnight after an event in the area!

It is situated on a quiet street with quiet elderly neighbours. The woods are a short walk away while the nearest place (situated in the city center) to admire the lake is a half an hour walk away. Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters and it’s cleaned with salt. The house has 3 apartments and a summer kitchen. Each apartment has separate entrance, AC, living, bedroom and bathroom. Two apartments have a kitchenette. There is a playground and lots of other outdoor playing games.
