This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

Had the absolute best time staying at this gem. The house is stunning and Autumn was a fantastic host! The house is spacious and open. It was exactly as described but better. We couldn’t have been happier. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

A great place to enjoy a long weekend at the Eastern shore in Maryland.

Place was just as described and perfect for our weekend getaway visiting Philly which was roughly a 20 min drive away. The backyard was truly the highlight: spacious and with a gorgeous pool. House was clean and fresh towels and small toiletries were provided which was a nice touch! Hosts were super proactive in reaching out and very communicative prior, during and after the stay. One minor note is the bathroom is small. Other than that, great stay overall!

We stood here with our toddler and we loved the house. Felt right at home. Location was quiet and discreet and that’s exactly what we wanted. It’s about a 10-20 minute drive to restaurants, etc. The home had everything we needed. We do wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool. We will definitely be back someday. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful cozy home.

My wife and I had the best experience at this guest house. Lisa is an amazing host. Lisa blessed us with fresh eggs in the fridge from the farm. Lisa also had fresh milk, yogurts, apple cider, granola, and homemade cakes for us. The guest house and the whole property will take you back in time. The guest house was squeaky clean from top to bottom and had the perfect amenities for out stay. If you are on the fence between renting this property or another property in the area, rent this property for your vacation. You will not be disappointed!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing in the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially appreciated how close it was to DSU’s campus—just a quick 5-minute drive, which made getting around super convenient. The location felt safe and serene, great for unwinding after a busy day. Inside, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall, this was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay here again. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The hosts obviously put in a lot of high quality items and hard work to make this home a great Airbnb The hosts also clearly have a flair for hospitality. I will reiterate the other posts I have read that caution about a very awkward driveway unluckily situated at high speed section of a bend in the road that is indeed challenging even for experienced motorists. That would not stop me from booking again however. Once you’re in it is a wonderful and peaceful stay with great beds super clean lots of space and comfy pillows. Thanks hosts. This place exceeded our expectations! The house itself was charming and full of character! The property was pristine and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing & peaceful weekend away! Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings!

We were only in the area for a couple of days for a funeral. Joshua's place was a perfect place to come back to at the end of a long day. It was peaceful and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and Joshua was very pleasant to communicate with. overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

We had a lovely time at Jenni’s place! We stayed at the house for a weekend because we had a wedding to attend close by but we wish we could have stayed longer! Location was amazing and so peaceful! We thoroughly enjoyed birdwatching and relaxing on the porch. The house itself was very spacious, and beautifully decorated! Would love to return again to explore the town and spend time at the beach!

Had a great experience at Ray’s! From the minute we walked in, the house smelled SO CLEAN. The living couch was so comfortable. Every room had a TV. I really appreciated how the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The bedrooms looked recently vacuumed and I loved having the extra space in the basement. Very comfortable home! Loved the small town of Rock Hall. Would return to the area when we have more time to explore.

We stayed for a long weekend with our two dogs and loved the place! The hosts clearly prioritized the guest experience and they were very accommodating with our pets.

A group of us went to Chestertown, MD for Memorial Day weekend. The house was exactly as described and the host was friendly. There was a full kitchen with everything you’d need and plenty of linen and towels for everyone. I think the space was perfect and had so much to offer for a great price.

Tom’s place is absolutely adorable and cozy! So many cute touches. I staid here for a two-day business trip in March and I wanted to stay longer. Beach is right there and a cute bar and restaurant all a stone’s throw away. Neighborhood is super safe. The hot tub’s jets are lovely and strong - great massage! Only 2 issues were getting the heat and internet working but Tom responded almost instantly and guided me. I would love to come back when it’s warm!

What an awesome place to stay. Lots of room, very nice town with shops and great restaurants. Definitely will stay here again. Host was beyond helpful and always responded.
