A big fire pit is available. We are about 22 miles from Tyler with attractions and shopping begging to be explored. Park in the adjacent garage.

Tucked away in a peaceful corner of nature, this place was the perfect mix of cozy charm and modern comfort. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special. The space was thoughtfully decorated with warm touches and unique details — think soft linens, local art, and a view that made every morning coffee feel magical. The hosts went above and beyond, providing little extras that help accommodate our stay ,a welcome note, and tips for exploring the area like a local. I spent my days lounging on the deck, reading with the sound of birds in the background, and evenings soaking in a dreamy outdoor tub under the stars. Loved the barn house! It had everything we needed and more. So clean and well maintained. Lots of room for us and our teens, great to have big tables for meals and board games. Definitely recommend!

Bonnie was incredibly sweet and helpful. We had an absolute blast. There was 7 huge dead fish floating by the dock because of the weather that came (Tornado), but that is not the Hosts fault. We caught tons of different fish varieties and we slept great there too which is uncommon for us! The dock is huge with plenty of space to fish, however the ramp to get to the dock has fallen making it unsafe for anyone with mobility issues. The ground from beneath washed away so the ramp needs to be redone which Bonnie plans to do asap. Overall we would definitely recommend! Easy hosts to work with, very helpful and kind.
