Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in the summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to CHU, Campus, Modern Comfort, and shops, and 20 min walk to the center SOPGYN

On the ground floor, you will find the living room open to an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, etc.). Upstairs, you access a landing with office area serving a large bedroom with comfortable 160 bed as well as a shower room.

The Workshop of Dreams

We created L'Atelier des Rêves in 2023 in an outbuilding with the help of local artisans and by working ourself. The apartment served as a workshop for the craftsman who previously lived in the house and so we gave it a second life through the workshop of dreams. The green setting and nature activities nearby are a permanent invitation to relax, have fun and dream hence the name we have chosen to give to this place : The Workshop of Dreams !

La Maison du Bonheur – L'Intemporel

House in the process of home staging: a few small jobs to finish in the kitchen. I offer you a timeless break, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I offer breakfast delivery at an extra cost (€7.50/pers/day). In-person welcome, self check-in after 8 p.m.
