Het Zoetehuysje

This cottage was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the idyllic village of Waterlandkerkje, which is also called 't kerkje by the residents themselves. The village falls under the municipality of Sluis. This region is known for its many bike paths, so be sure to bring your bike or rent a bike in Oostburg (5 km). This region also has many top restaurants, such as: Airrepublic, De Kromme Watergang and Pure C. Would you rather stay in 't Kerkje? Around the corner there is a cozy bistro!

House-Village-Sea - modern house in an old schell

In the beautiful artists' village of Groede in the south of Zeeland, we renovated our holiday home in 2021, including a sauna. Modernly equipped and furnished in a shell from the 1920s and 1960s. Groede itself offers everything you need for everyday life, including nice cafes and top restaurants and a microbrewery. The beach is 2.5km away and can be reached by bike. Bruges and Ghent can be reached in 30 minutes, Antwerp in 60 minutes. Surfing/kiting, horseback riding, tennis, golf in the area.

Completely new and modern apartment (> 100 m2 and 30 m2 terrace) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, right behind the dunes. Suitable for couples and families; ideally with 4 and max 6 people. Master bedroom: queen size bed from Swiss Sense. Guest bedroom: double bunk bed: 2 full double beds of 1.80x2.00 m. on top of each other. The kitchen with dining bar is equipped with all appliances and luxury tableware and cooking utensils. Spacious, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious bath.

This is where you come to relax. Enjoy a wonderful location surrounded by locals in Hoofdplaat. The beach is in front of the door. Within walking distance you will find a restaurant. If you get tired of the quiet, you can cycle 8 km to Breskens. By car you are in no time in Antwerp and Bruges. Sustainability can go hand in hand with vacations, we think. Welcome to Holiday Home De Vlier – a charming, detached holiday home in Nieuwvliet-Bad (Zeeuws-Vlaanderen), just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Verdronken Zwarte Polder nature reserve. Here you can enjoy peace, space and comfort, with plenty of opportunities to unwind, relax and go out. The perfect family destination. The cottage is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 2 children. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the open loft.

Welcome to our holiday home in Schoneveld! 3 bedrooms, sauna, garden and 400m from the beach. Up to 2 pets are welcome. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a dining/living room with fireplace. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms as well as a reading corner and the house's 1-2 persons sauna.
