Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Spacious-This family house can accommodate two guests in a closed room and two guests in an open room. The main rooms have a terrace that is hidden from curious views and offers views of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The spacious living and dining areas are on the first floor and the extension is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a toilet. The house is restored in a traditional style and retains the amosphere of the place.

Crossing the historic Teresian streets you reach Piazza Unità in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
