Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Amazing remodel just finished in November 2022! If you’re coming to relax, have fun, and be close to everything, this is the place for you! Perfect place for spring training, golf, shopping and entertainment. Only minutes from the airport, downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Cubs and A's stadiums. Great shopping, restaurants and theaters just across the street. The house is a cozy 4 bedroom with 2 masters. Not large but sufficient for your basic needs. 2 car garage available if you need it. Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.
