Near to main road, easy to access, safe with security 24/7, and warm at night. Recommended place for you and friends or family to stay while in Yogyakarta. Oh yeah if you lucky, you'll get a free breakfast.

The place is in very quite location although it has many tourist hotspot, cafe and restaurant within walking distance. The house is very spacious and neat with complete facilities and amenities. Mbak Norma as our host were very responsive from check in process and after check out.

After first time here, we've fell in love with the homey place like this. This is our second time here spending short trip transit with the pets. The house have everything you need when you stay .. will be back again !

Puas banget nginep dua malam disini!! buat 5 orang oke la. semua keperluan hampir semuanya ada di homestay ini (laundry, rice cooker, etc). ngerasa worth it nginep disini, ga ngecewain, servicesnya juga oke! thank you!!!

Cocok bgt untuk yang liburan dengan keluarga besar, rumahnya sangat luas, bersih dan nyaman. Ada taman yang leluasa untuk anak2 bermain. Pemilik dan penjaga rumah sangat ramah dan membantu sekali... alat masaknya juga lengkap ada toastr jugaaa. akan jd pilihan untuk trip ke JOGJA selanjutnya.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Felice. The property is in a green area surrounded by beautiful ricefields just outside the city of Jogjakarta, the location feels very private and it's perfect for seeking restful and nourishing time. The villa has an immaculate vibe, it's spotlessly clean and furnished tastefully. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the staff and introduced to the house premises, I was delighted to find lots of complimentary food and drinks prepared by the owner. I enjoyed every single minute while playing pool, swimming in the lush garden, and pampering myself in the jacuzzi located in the master bedroom. The staff is promptly available and the owner is a pleasure to communicate with. I will definitely return to Villa Felice, thank you Kristin, you've created a real oasis!

Homestay paling nyaman untuk bawa keluarga. Rumah nya bersih dan rapi. Perlengkapan Dapur sangat lengkap. Bisa di blg, harga sudah sangat murah untuk rumah sebesar ini. Letak nya sangat strategis. We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

new and modern villa located in secluded area. the place is good, lots of amenities and modern things. i came with 3 kids (11, 3, and 2 years old).. so the place becomes a bit messy after a day. might need to have daily clean up.. but besides that everything went smoothly. thanks for hosting us

Overall, I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed—and the host was very responsive and friendly. The place itself has a lot of potential: cozy atmosphere, good amenities, and comfortable furniture. However, I do feel that cleanliness could be improved a bit, especially in the bathroom and kitchen area. With just a little more attention to detail in cleaning, this place would easily be a five-star stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Andreas hat sich spontan viel Zeit für mich genommen. Er hat mir zwei Tempel gezeigt und wirklich viel dazu erzählt. Dann durfte ich eine Batik Werkstatt sehen und ein riesiges Reisfeld. In keinem Land weder in Indien, Bali oder Nepal hat sich der Vermieter soviel Zeit für mich genommen. Danke für den wunderschönen Tag! Das Frühstück, wie das Bett haben mir auch absolut gefallen!

Air nya Lancar pakai pompa dan bersih. Ac setiap kamar,furniture seperti hotel. 1 kamar ada kamar mandi. alat pendukung piring,sendok dan gelas disediakan banyak untuk keluarga sangat cocok. terima kasih

Puas banget menginap di Sawunggalih Homestay, serasa pulang ke rumah nenek di desa lengkap dengan suasana yg sejuk dan asri. Suasana klasik juga membuat bernostalgia ke masa lalu, rekom banget buat yg pengen nginep di Jogja. Satu lagi, pelayanan dan fasilitas bikin betah buat menginap lebih lama.

Memorable Staycation at Nirwana Kaliurang Merapi Gateway The location is quite strategic, just about a 10-minute drive to the Tlogoputri Kaliurang area. The villa is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and well-equipped with various amenities. The kitchenware and dining utensils were also complete. Definitely great value for money and very affordable. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Keep up the great work!

While not entirely private, the hosting family is warm and friendly. The house sits along the river and waterfall, it’s a lovely place, and I promise to return soon. The rooms are semi-private, with one sharing and adjoining room with no separation. The second room, shares with the dinning room without separation. The house is beautiful, the setting is serene. The food is excellent, especially the Soto. Highly recommend, if you like a shared experience with family or friends. 5 stars for the setting and convenient location. The host can accommodate all requests and assistance with rental cars, drivers and so on.

About the host Risna is very responsive and quick to answer your questions. During the stay, she and her staff were also very helpful. About the accommodation Risna's place is perfect for a solo traveller who wants private and peaceful accommodation. It's located in residential but near to many tourist spots. The room's curtains are not fully covered, so make sure you dress up when you come up from the bathroom. The room is tidy. I got a clean bedsheet and blanket/bed cover. Unfortunately, I found some hairs in the bathroom and pet hairs on the cushion. Just a minor but I think needs to be improved, especially if you have a guest with fur allergies like me. Oh ya, they provided breakfast too. It's a big portion (I got chicken soup with rice on my first day and fried rice on my second day).

secara overall udh oke banget. cuma minta tolong buat airnya dibenerin ya, sama jendela belakang tolong dikasih hordeng :)
