Aloha! Cozy private studio with all of the necessities! Nestled into the Kauai Kailani complex right on the beach in the centrally located and happening town of Kapa'a. The view from the pool is spectacular. Enjoy the pool directly on the ocean. Biking and walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and the beach! Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

Oceanfront at Pono Kai!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai. The lanai faced directly out over the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The beach was very private and not that many people. Beautiful sand and the waves were very calm. There were also a lot of shops within walking distance of our unit. Also, the long walking path was right outside the condo so we were able to go for nice walks every morning.

I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon than Aloha Kai. Jon’s place is modern and immaculate with a homey feel and all the amenities you could ask for. He is a responsive host and it was apparent he wanted us to have a memorable stay. Kapaa is an excellent area with lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance yet not overly crowded. My wife and I can’t wait to return! 10/10 would recommend Jon’s Aloha Kai paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani. The home had everything you could need, a comfortable bed, beautiful dishware and glassware for our meals and a magnificent view of the ocean. We spent a great deal of our morning and evenings enjoying the lanai. The location is walkable to shopping and dining which was very convenient. We’ll be sure to come again in the future.
