Very good place to stay with spacious rooms. The facility is good and the host is very responsive even at night

Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. quiet enough to relax after a long day. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed,everything was seamless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, snacks. super friendly and responsive host! minor hiccup with the back toilet and living room aircon but she managed to send handyman over even during public holiday! held my post wedding celebration there she was super accommodating! the place is loaded with mahjong tables, karaoke set (superb soundproofing), foosball desk, pool, loads of parking and bed space! super worth the price!

We had a great stay at this place! The host, David, was very responsive and ensured everything was in good condition before our check-in. The space was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Besides, it was great to have items needed for BBQ (e.g. charcoal, skewers, fan) provided, which made our gathering smooth and enjoyable. A couple of suggestions for future improvements: some of the indoor bins were not lined with plastic bags and the door to the front room made creaking noises, which became disruptive during the night. It would also be nice to have a slightly larger BBQ pit to accommodate bigger groups, as well as a wider variety of games or board games for entertainment. Lastly, having a few bath towels in each room would be helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. We'd definitely recommend it and hope to return again.

House was very clean and nice for big family to stay. I would recommend this place if you're looking good house for family.

The house location was quiet near to the town centre. Mr Riffqy allowed me to early check in & late check out which made us very convenient for short trip. This is a corner house and very quiet place. Parking car inside the compound and monitored by CC TV camera made us worry less. Hope to go back again for our next trip .

A nice beautiful place, just that there is no back door to get to the shops and eatery outside quickly. Other than that, there is no other complain that I can pick on. Thank you hosts for the hospitality!

This is our first time renting out this place. The house is homey, cosy and clean. It also comes with basic appliances. Owner gave us a heads up about having wifi problem and extended checkout time to 2pm and promised a refund too :) definitely will re-book this home.

We were a family of 10 pax and stayed for 3 nights. The place was impeccably clean with spacious bedrooms for everyone. There were attached bathrooms to each bedroom and extra bathroom in the gaming room and also the karaoke/entertainment room. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing the free board games while adults had fun with the karaoke and mahjong session. It is not easy to find a place to accommodate everyone’s need and this venue is perfect for it. Joseph was also very friendly and reached out to us daily to check if we were comfortable and whether there’s anything he can do to improve our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The homestay was very nice and clean. If there's an opportunity for a family gathering, I would definitely recommend this place. The only minor issue was the queen bed location in the master bedroom was a bit warm. It would be great if a small fan could be added in that area.
